How to find out what training your team have completed

Reporting is available at Service level. Service Managers can go to the Performance Reporting channel of the Managers Portal team site to access Power BI reports on Processes, Customer, People, Finance, Programmes and KPIs. Reporting on mandatory training completion can be found under the People category and the report can be exported to Excel, for the data to be divided up against different teams within a service.
